What This Site Collects
This is a static website. It has no accounts, no login, and no server-side database of visitors. Data is collected in three places only:

Commenting is optional and requires you to authorize Giscus against your own GitHub account. Comments are public. To delete one, edit or delete it in the linked GitHub Discussion, or email me and I will remove it.
Google Analytics is subject to Google’s privacy policy. Browser do-not-track and ad-blocking extensions that block the analytics script are respected — nothing on this site works around them.
What This Site Does Not Do
- No advertising and no ad networks.
- No selling or renting of any visitor data.
- No newsletter, no mailing list, no marketing email.
- No payment details are collected on this website. Card payments for consulting engagements are processed by Stripe, which handles card data directly under Stripe’s privacy policy. Infinit3i never sees or stores your full card number.
Client Engagement Data
Information you send about a consulting engagement — email correspondence, scope documents, credentials, source code, and findings — is treated as confidential under the Terms of Service. It is not published, resold, or shared with third parties without your written consent.
Engagement records are kept only as long as needed for the engagement and any agreed retest period, plus the period required for tax and accounting records. Credentials issued for testing should be rotated by you at the end of the engagement; copies held by Infinit3i are destroyed on completion.
Billing records — name, billing address, invoice amounts — are retained by Stripe as the payment processor and by Infinit3i as required for tax purposes.
Your Rights
Email [email protected] to ask what data is held about you, to correct it, or to request deletion. Requests are answered within 30 days. Deletion requests are honored except where a legal or tax obligation requires retention.
Changes
Material changes to this policy are reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
